Extra hours are charged in
30 mins blocks
No callout fee

How to estimate your cost?

Most of our services are completed on-site within just one hour, we don’t charge travel time. Any additional work will be discussed and agreed upon with you in advance.

Example of tasks that may require more than one hour:

Moving files from one device to another
Working with slow and unresponsive computers
Working on multiple devices during the same visit
